PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support control device for rain-water drainage which can obtain the data for performing rain-water inflow prediction sequentially and performing arithmetic processing, resulting in successive inflow predictions with sufficient accuracy. SOLUTION: The support control device for rain-water drainage is arranged in a data center 30 and a plurality of rain-water drainage facilities 50. A support information predicting part 23 possessing a prediction model with various parameters and a two-way data transmission part 26 are arranged in each rain-water drainage facility 50. A prediction precision diagnostic functions 30f controlling parameters of the prediction model of the support information predicting part 23 is prepared in the data center 30.
