PURPOSE: A film feeder for a vessel cover is provided to transfer a film to a right position in a fixed speed using a right and left side detection sensor, front and rear side detection sensor, and a pitch detection sensor. CONSTITUTION: A film feeder for a vessel cover comprises a feed roller(40), a wounding roller, a transferring roller(50), a film switching part, a position sensor, a heater cutting device, a right and left horizontality maintenance part. The feed roller is fixed to the frame and supplies film to a drive member. The wounding roller is installed in the frame and winds the film, from which cover is removed, in the drive member. The heater cutting device is transferred on the position detection sensor and separates the cover from the film. The right and left horizontality maintenance part senses the height of the film remaining in the heater cutting device and maintains the right and left balance by turning the drive member of the wounding roller on or off.
