A method for automatic control of wet milling process consists in stabilization of the parameter of loading ball mill, maintaining the ratio ore/water at its inlet, measurement of process parameters and their subsequent processing and adjustment on the basis of obtained results of water supply into the mill under conditions of changing physical and mechanical properties of crushed material. The supply of ore into the ball mill is made taking into account the restrictions in accordance with the loading parameter, which is identified by energy efficiency of destruction of the material in the entrance area of process unit. |
