PURPOSE: An anti-reflection optical coating method is provided to obtain a high definition optical film by improving the wetting ability of a coating solution. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflection optical coating method comprises the following steps: washing the surface of an optical device; coating a metalloid oxide nanoparticle aqueous dispersion containing a hydroxide ion supplying agent or a fluorine ion supplying agent to the surface of the optical device using a slit die or a spray nozzle; and drying the optical device.
