PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a secondary amine compound is provided to the production of a tertiary amine compound or an ammonium salt is minimized, thereby efficiently synthesizing the secondary amine compound. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a secondary amine compound comprises the steps of: (S20) mixing a first reactant including a first amine compound represented by R2-X, with a halide compound to prepare a mixture; and (S30) injecting the mixture to a micro flow reactor through a flow channel to synthesize the secondary amine compound represented by chemical formula R1-NH-R2.
