PURPOSE: A grating embedded window having a heat exchange function is provided to heat-exchange the heated air inside glass plates with exterior air through gratings formed with holes and the opening/closing of louvers. CONSTITUTION: A grating embedded window having a heat exchange function comprises a window frame(100), glass plates(200), an upper louver(300), a lower louver(400), and gratings(500). The window frame comprises an upper frame(110), a lower frame(120), and vertical frames(130) which are fixed between the upper and lower frames. The glass plates are fixed at an interval inside the window frame. The upper louver is arranged on the upper frame and allowed to open and close. The lower louver is communicated with the upper louver through the space between the glass plates. The gratings are arranged in the space between the glass plates in order to form a Korean traditional window pattern.
