APPARATUS FOR REMOVING STEEL PROCESSED OIL USING PLASMA AND METHOD THE SAME

PURPOSE: Device and method for removing metal working fluids using plasma are provided to save a cost to remove working fluids since a metallic plate sequentially moves to units and removes working fluids from the surfaces of the units and surface reforming of the metallic plate for post-processing and painting is made. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing metal working fluids using plasma comprises a working-fluids processing unit(10), a surface processing unit(20) and a plasma unit(30). The working-fluids processing unit applies agent to the surface of a machined metallic plate(5) and removes pollutants from the surface of the metallic plate. The surface processing unit prevents the surface drying and by-product inflow of the surface of the metallic plate passing through the working-fluids processing unit. The plasma unit plasma-processes the surface of the metallic plate passing through the surface processing unit, removes organic materials and reforms the surface.
