PURPOSE: A smart phone short message service system at smart phone and service providing method are provided to reduce a transmission cost of short message service by connecting to wireless internet. CONSTITUTION: A short message application program provided from a smart phone message service company system(100) is installed. The short message application program provided from the smart phone message service company system is based on a wireless LAN. The smart phone message service company system performs the short message service received through a wireless internet. A wireless internet service base on a wireless LAN is confirmed when the short message service is practices. The short message transmits short message information to a short message service company.
