A cutter of a cutting pair "cutter-grid" of a meat chopper has an opening for mounting a screw, blades, and cutting edges. The front face of the cutter blade is made in the form of a plane inclined in the direction of movement of the blade, and the angle of inclination equals the angle of inclination of the axis of grid hole and makes 45°, and in the lower part of the frontal plane of the blade a cutting edge is made in the form of an angular bulge relative to the direction of the cutter rotation, and the angle of inclination of the cutting edge to the grid surface also makes 45°. |
