PURPOSE: A barrel sleeve of an extruder is provided to restrict the deformation of a sleeve in spite of long time use in high extrusion pressure. CONSTITUTION: A barrel sleeve of an extruder comprises a screw and a barrel main body. The screw generates pressure in the provided raw material. The screw is built in the barrel main body. A barrel sleeve(1) is built in between screw and barrel main body. The barrel sleeve prevents the direct friction between the external diameter of the screw and the inside diameter of the barrel main body. An inside diameter(1b) of the barrel sleeve is cut. The sleeve is integrally formed without junction.
