PURPOSE: A transfer apparatus for a regenerating equipment of sand is provided to remove chemical components from the surface of sand cooled after pulverizing a mold and to minimize the surface area of the sand. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus for a regenerating equipment of sand comprises: a refill tank(100) in which a first sand inlet hole(110) is formed at the upper part thereof and a first sand discharge hole(120) is formed at the lower part thereof, wherein a first compressing piper(130) is connected to one side and a pressure reducing pipe(140) is connected to the pressure reducing side; a first pop up valve installed at the first sand inlet hole; a transfer tank(300); a second pop up valve(400); and a discharge pipe(500).
