摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber composite material with excellent characteristics, especially to provide an optical film for which failure caused by film deformation is improved, and a method for producing the same, further to provide an optical film for which variation of retardation is suppressed, to provide a polarizing plate using the optical film, and a liquid crystal display using the polarizing plate, and especially to provide an optical film which is suitably used as a retardation film in a large-sized liquid crystal display wherein variation of a viewing angle or color shift, produced when the liquid crystal display device is used for a long period of time, is improved, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber composite material contains a cellulose nano-fiber having a carboxy group and an acyl group and a resin, wherein the acyl group is a 2-30C acyl group, and the carboxy group is optionally a metal salt thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
