PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: loss of light intensity is caused, since a part of exit light penetrates through a reflecting surface by the spread of the exit light from an optical fiber, when a positioning surface of the optical fiber and the reflecting surface of a reflector form an angle of 45°. SOLUTION: The angle formed by the center axis of exit light from a light guide body and the normal of the reflecting surface of the reflector exceeds 45°, and is also formed larger than the angle formed by the optical axis of an optical member and the normal of the reflecting surface of the reflector. The focal point of the optical member on the reflector side is present on the end face of the light guide body. The optical axis of light reflected from the reflector and converged or collimated by the optical member is noncoincident with the optical axis of the optical member and is parallel. As a result, the exit light from the light guide body or the optical member is reflected in a state of less light transmission quantity from the reflecting surface of the reflector, and is incident on the optical member or the light guide body, and thus the effect of little loss of light intensity can be obtained.
