The present invention relates to an anti-static polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display provided with same. More specifically, for the anti-static polarizing plate, an anti-static coating layer is formed on at least one side of a norbornene polarizer protective film, wherein the anti-static coating layer includes carbon nanotubes from which carbon impurities are filtered out, and polyalkyl(metha)crylate resin. Thus, the anti-static polarizing plate has excellent anti-static ability to rapidly and effectively eliminate not only static electricity generated during a bonding process to a liquid crystal cell but also already-generated static electricity, maintains transparency, and has improved physical properties and optical properties such as reliability, durability, and re-workability.
