PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head able to adjust its inclination angle to a recording medium by a simple configuration, and to provide a recording device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The recording head X comprises: a heat radiating body 1; a head base body 2 having a substrate 5, which is disposed on the heat raduating body 1 and is rectangular in plan view, and a line of heat generating portions, which is composed of a plurality of heat generating portions 6 arranged on the substrate 5 along one long side of the substrate 5; a joining layer for joining the substrate 5 and heat raduating body 1; a plurality of first spacer particles 13a disposed in a first area 3 directly below the line of the heat generating portions in the joining layer and in contact with both the underside of the substrate 5 and the heat raduating body 1; and a plurality of second spacer particles 13b disposed in the second area 4 on the other long side of the substrate 5 rather than in the first area 3 of the joining layer and in contact with both the underside of the substrate 5 and the heat raduating body 1. The heat conductivity of the first spacer particles 13a is higher than the heat conductivity of the first area 3 of the joining layer.
