<p>Disclosed are: a microorganism culture sheet which has excellent environmental microorganism collection efficiency; and a method for measuring environmental microorganisms with excellent collection efficiency. Specifically disclosed is a microorganism culture sheet which is composed of a base sheet, a dry culture layer that is formed on the base sheet, and a cover sheet that covers the dry culture layer. The microorganism culture sheet is characterized in that the cover sheet has an inner surface on which an adhesive layer and a releasing film are laminated. Since environmental microorganisms are collected by the adhesive layer, the microorganism culture sheet has excellent collection efficiency.</p>
