PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for controlling obtaining of a discount coupon for providing a user with the discount coupon via a discount coupon terminal, by combining a radio frequency identification RFID technique with an Internet technique.

SOLUTION: The method includes: a step 210 of receiving a request for obtaining the discount coupon; a step 211 of determining whether to provide the discount coupon on the basis of information included in the request; and a step 212 of providing the discount coupon corresponding to the information included in the request when a decision result of the step 211 is affirmative.
