PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system of an elevator, which easily changes and adds the notifying content to a passenger by control from an information center, in an elevator connected to the remote information center. SOLUTION: The remote information center 1 is provided with a voice data delivery means 8 for delivering voice data and a control data delivery means 9 for delivering control data. A remote monitoring device 6 includes a memory 12 for storing the voice data associated with the control data, a voice data storage means 13 for storing the received voice data in the memory 12, a control data output means 14 for allowing a control device 2 to perform predetermined control based on the received control data, and a voice data output means 15 for performing a voice guide from a loudspeaker 4 by extracting the voice data associated with the control data from the memory 12 when receiving the control data.
