PURPOSE: A similarity uniform velocity exercise device is provided to induce the mobility of the lower body and upper body. CONSTITUTION: A similarity uniform velocity exercise device comprises: a tower(3) installed at the base frame(2) and the front of the device; a link box(4) installed at the upper part of the tower; a handle(5) performing circular arc according to the property of four-bar link; a forward reverse lever(6) fixed to the front of the link box; a resistance box(7) connected to the right and left levers; a third-bar link(9); a bearing housing which is fixed by a shaft; a handle frame fixed to the bearing housing; and a handle lever fixed to the bearing housing.
