PURPOSE: A moving object tracing system and a method thereof are provided to display the location where the moving object is disappeared to a monitoring person. CONSTITUTION: A moving object tracing system selects a moving object in a first video(S210). The moving object tracing system extracts feature of the moving object(S220). The moving object tracing system determines whether the moving object is disappeared or not in a second video(S230). According to the result of the determination, the moving object tracing system output the location information of the moving object(S241,S251).
