PURPOSE: A device for conveying and installing and a method of installing a concrete product are provided to reduce load to surrounding environment through decrease of greenhouse effect gas(CO2) and effectively enhance constructability on the site. CONSTITUTION: A device for conveying and installing comprises a bogie(1), an unloading unit, a conveying unit and a battery. The unloading unit is installed on the bogie and is used to unload concrete products, which should be installed on certain positions. The conveying unit self-propels the bogie to convey the concrete products taken by the unloading unit to the positions to be installed. The battery is loaded on the bogie and supplies power to operate the unloading and conveying units.
