<p>An electronic system includes an electronic device and a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the device. The heat exchanger includes a flow duct for receiving a fluid, at least a portion of the flow duct being arranged in thermal communication with the device. The system further includes a pump associated with the flow duct and a Venturi tube for reducing the pressure of the fluid in the portion of the flow duct to a value less than the pressure external to the duct, to minimize any leakage of the fluid onto the device in the event the portion of the flow duct develops a leak.</p> |
