PURPOSE: A paper bag roll manufacturing method is provided to consecutively proceed adhesion part formation, paper sheet lamination, and cut line formation while continuously supplying paper sheets parallelly. CONSTITUTION: A paper bag roll manufacturing method comprises a step of unrolling front and rear sheets(91,92) from a plurality of winding rolls(11,12), a step of forming adhesion parts on the front and rear sheets by transferring an adhesive roller(22), a step of forming through holes on the front and rear sheets with punching machines(31,32), a step of thermally bonding the front and rear sheets by passing the sheets through heating rollers(41), and a step of cut lines by laterally transferring a cutting roller(61) on the bonded front and rear sheets when a sensor detects the through holes.
