The articulation device applicable to an awning arm elbow comprises a fork (4a, 4b) and a core (6) which are joined to respective first and second semi-arms (1, 2) and are connected to one another by means of an articulation shaft (7). The core (6) has an anchor in an outer surface for hooking an enlarged end (8) of a flexible, elastically loaded tie rod (9) which is accommodated in said first semi-arm (1). A seat with conical radial (17, 21) and axial (18, 22) support surfaces is formed in the core (6), and a circumferential channel (19, 23) is formed in said axial support surface (18, 22). A bearing unit (11, 12) comprises an annular element (13, 14) with a cylindrical outer radial rest surface to be fitted, by means of pressurized insertion with interference, into said conical radial support surface (17, 21) of the seat, and an axial rest surface to rest against said axial support surface (18, 22) of the seat. |
