PURPOSE: An apparatus for protecting circuit by improving a withstanding voltage in an LED lighting device is provided to prevent a circuit component from external impact stably by minimizing the electric potential difference inside of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for protecting circuit by improving a withstanding voltage in an LED lighting device, a circuit device group receives AC power and is operated. A dummy ground is connected to a signal ground through at least one capacitor. The dummy ground is connected to the connection terminal of an input power supply unit through a protective capacitor. A chassis ground(EG) is connected to a heap ground through at least one capacitor. A protective capacitor is connected between the signal ground and the dummy ground.
