<p>The machine for making ice cream and similar products is equipped with an external box-shaped enclosure (2) and inside the box-shaped enclosure (2) an actually cylinder shaped processing container (3) spreading inside the box-shaped enclosure (2) from its upper wall (2a) while remaining coaxial with the in fact vertical reference axis (A); with cooling media (4) which is adapted for cooling the processing container (3) so that it cools and maintains its content to a temperature lower than 0 degrees Celsius; and a mixing element (5) constructed in such a way that it mixes various ingredients which are poured into the processing container (3) so that it scrapes at least the internal lateral wall of the processing container (3), prevents that the mixture of high viscosity generated inside the processing container (3) would get permanently attached to the lateral wall of the container; while the machine for making ice-cream and similar products (1) also includes a retaining collar (10) which is sized in such a way that it can be in a stable but easily releasable way positioned inside the processing container (3) above the mixer (5) and is constructed in such a way that inside the processing container (3) it retains the highly viscous mixture which the mixing element (5), is trying to push it towards the top, along the cylinder-shaped lateral wall of the container.</p> |
