A process for producing flavor granules, characterized by involving a cycle which comprises the steps of (a) spraying water or a binder solution onto a raw material flavor powder until the moisture content of the raw material flavor powder reaches the flow limit value (Uf) while blowing hot air into the raw material flavor powder to form a fluidizing layer of the raw material flavor powder and (b), subsequent to the step (a), drying the raw material flavor powder until the moisture content of the raw material flavor powder reaches the equilibrium value (Ue), wherein the cycle is repeated at least two times. |
