<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid water heater improving efficiency of boiling operation performed in a predetermined time zone in which a more inexpensive rate structure than a daytime electricity rate is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 5 for the hybrid water heater 1 determines heating heat quantity by executing a weather prediction calculation step (S50) of calculating a weather prediction result by using atmospheric pressure detected by an atmospheric pressure sensor 6 and a predicted heat collecting amount calculation step (S70) of calculating prediction amount of heat quantity collected by a solar heat collector 4 by using the weather prediction. The control device 5 updates the heating heat quantity by executing the weather prediction calculation step (S50) and the predicted heat collecting amount calculation step (S70) a plurality of times in a midnight rate time zone which is one example of the predetermined inexpensive rate time zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
