<p>A method for adjusting call volume of a communication terminal and a communication terminal are provided by the present invention. The method includes that the communication terminal detects a pressure value applied by a user when starting a call (101), and compares the pressure value with the pre-stored pressure threshold to determine the pressure section in which the pressure value is (102); after determining the pressure section in which the pressure value is, the communication terminal determines the receiver volume amplification factor corresponding to the pressure section (103), and adjusts the receiver volume according to the amplification factor of the receiver volume (104). The present invention detects the pressure value applied by the user, and indirectly determines the environment of the user according to the pressure value that is the reference for adjusting the call volume. When the call is in the noisy environment, the volume is adjusted without manual operation; alternatively, if only the user applies greater pressure, the call volume can be amplified. When the call is in the quiet environment, if only the user applies less pressure, the call volume can be decreased.</p> |
