<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic apparatus and a program which can encourage a user to confirm a corresponding point. <P>SOLUTION: A cursor position calculating section 18a designates a first position in a first image in an object based on image data based on an instruction input through an input device. A corresponding point calculating section 18b calculates a second position corresponding to the first position in the first image, in a second image of the object based on the image data.
