<p>Disclosed is a method for amplifying an extremely small quantity of a nucleic acid rapidly, in a simple manner, and with high amplification rate. Specifically disclosed is a nucleic acid amplification method, which comprises the steps of: introducing a repeating sequence containing a known sequence into the 3'-terminal of a target nucleic acid strand containing a target sequence or a sequence complementary to the target sequence; hybridizing multiple oligonucleotides that can hybridize with the repeating sequence to the repeating sequence that has been introduced into the target nucleic acid strand; and carrying out the synthesis of a complementary strand using the oligonucleotides as primers and using the target nucleic acid strand as a template to produce multiple nucleic acid complementary strands from a single target nucleic acid strand.</p> |
