PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking monitoring device for monitoring a locking state in a non-contact manner, allowing centralized control without requiring a battery power source in a sensor part, wired supply of power, or signal wiring to the side of a window, with low construction cost. SOLUTION: A sensor part 4 comprises a magnet 1 attached to a window frame or glass window, a reed switch 2 attached to the glass window or window frame and driven by magnetic force of the magnet 1, and a passive and RF type ID tad 3 for returning a code including a switch signal of the reed switch as response signal information. A monitoring part 5 is placed in an indoor position communicable with the ID tag 3, and determines the locking state, based on the presence of a response signal from the ID tag 3 and the content of information sent therefrom as the response signal.
