PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a rotor shaft to the shaft tightening hole of a rotor core by tightening it precisely. SOLUTION: The rotor core 2 includes a plurality of slits which are formed radially from the shaft tightening hole 3. When the rotor shaft 5 is secured to the rotor core 2, the shaft tightening hole 3 is enlarged by pressing the circumference of the shaft tightening hole 3 of the rotor core 2 supported on a base 12 in the axial direction using a punch 14. Subsequently, the rotor shaft 5 is inserted into the enlarged shaft tightening hole 3. Thereafter, pressing using the punch 14 is canceled and the rotor shaft 5 is secured to the enlarged shaft tightening hole 3 by interference fit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
