PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece capable of being fixed by a clamp device without forming a reference seating surface by cutting and the like and the clamp device fixing the workpiece. SOLUTION: The workpiece 1 fixed by the clamp device having a clamp device body and rod parts arranged so as to proceed and retreat with respect to the clamp device body includes the reference seating surfaces 5 formed in a process and constituting reference surfaces in being fixed by the clamp device and clamp holes 2 which are arranged in the vicinity of the reference seating surfaces 5 and into which the rod parts can be inserted.
