<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sheet joint body which can simply manufacture the sheet joint body whose joining quality is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a sheet joint body comprises as follows. End faces of two sheet-like members having different thicknesses are abutted, a part in which the end faces have been abutted and level difference is produced according to difference of the thicknesses is coated with a sheet-like joining member, the sheet-like joining member is adhered to each surface of the sheet-like members, and thereby the sheet-like members are joined. A thing in which a surface which performs the adhering is formed by a polymer is used for at least one of the sheet-like member and the joining member, and the adhering is performed by laser welding. Moreover, the laser welding is performed while pressurizing the joining member by a member in which surface elastic deformation is possible so that pressure may be made to interact also on a surface of the sheet-like member of a side with a thin thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
