<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for recovering rolling oil by which a waste oil recovery rate and reclaimed oil producing rate are improved as compared with a conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recovering rolling oil comprises: a step where the rolling oil and roll cooling water which are used for rolling work are recovered with a recovery pit; a step where the rolling oil and the roll cooling water which are recovered with the recovery pit are stored in a skimming tank and the rolling oil is floated on the upper layer of the skimming tank; a step where the rolling oil which is floated on the upper layer of the skimming tank is scraped and recovered with a skimmer which is provided by fixing the scraping height level in the skimming tank; and a step where the rolling oil recovered by scraping is stored in an outdoor waste oil tank. The liquid level height of the rolling oil, which is controlled so that the scraping height level of the skimmer is located within the rolling oil layer floated on the upper layer of the skimming tank and the inside of the recovering pit of the cold-rolling mill stand is heated up to≥40°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
