<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device allowing an occupant to avoid malfunction recognition by finishing winding of webbings at substantially the same timing on a driver's seat side and a front passenger seat side, during unlocking of an emergency lock mechanism by a driving motor. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device includes each rotation sensor for detecting a rotation position of a belt reel on the driver's seat side and the front passenger seat side. Winding time estimation means 50 and 51 for estimating time till the belt reel is rotated by unlockable amount in the webbing winding direction are provided on the driver's seat side and the front seat passenger seat side, respectively. Each of the winding time estimation means 50 and 51 estimates the time based on information on the rotation sensors. A speed correction means 52 for correcting rotating speed of the driving motor is provided so that the estimation results of both of the winding time estimation means 50 and 51 may be approximate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
