PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device which absorbs a shock when an exhaust valve element is seated on an exhaust valve port. SOLUTION: A sealed container 2 has an operating fluid introduction port 11, an operating fluid drain port 13, a liquid inflow port 16, and a liquid drain port 17. An air supply valve 18 is provided in the operating fluid introduction port 11, and an exhaust valve 19 in the operating fluid drain port 13. By operating a snap mechanism 5 using a spring in response to the upward/downward movement of a float 3 arranged inside the sealed container 2 to snap-move a valve stem operation rod 28, the opening and closing of the air supply valve 18 and the exhaust valve 19 are changed over via the valve stem operation rod 28. The exhaust valve 19 has an lifting rod 31 connected to the valve stem operation rod 28, an exhaust valve element 30 connected to the lifting rod 31, and the exhaust valve port 32 where the exhaust valve element 30 is separated from or seated on. The exhaust valve element 30 is connected to the lifting rod 31 displaceably in the directions to be separated from or seated on the exhaust valve port 32.
