<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device that is high in output without causing a rise in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The laser light source device 100 includes: a substrate 110 having a recessed portion; a pair of light emission portions disposed on a substrate surface 110a of the substrate 110; a fitting member joined in the recessed portion; a first reflection portion 140 reflecting light emitted from one light emission portion 120 of the pair of light emission portions; and a second reflection portion 150 reflecting the light reflected by the first reflection portion 140 toward the other light emission portion 130 of the pair of light emission portions. The first reflection portion 140 has: a support member 141 having a through hole penetrating the fitting member with a gap left; and a light reflection member 142 abutting on the support member 141 and supported.
