PURPOSE: A safety apparatus for an operator for equipment installed in a vehicle is provided to guarantee the safety of operator by authentically recognizing the safety region and preventing the collision according to the instantaneous movement of equipment by the recoil of firing. CONSTITUTION: A safety apparatus(10) has the frame. The frame is connected to the supporter(2). The supporter movably supports the operating body. In an operation, the operating body is moved in a specific direction and is returned back to the original position. The frame is selectively located in the first and second position. The first location copes with the backspace of operator in case of retreating. The second position is in front of the first position. In the first location, the frame surrounds the backspace of the retreated operator.
