<p>The device (1) has a pressure to voltage converter (2) arranged between a base plate (5) and a cover plate (6). The base and the cover plates are deformed against each other by springs (8). An adjusting plate (7) is arranged between the converter and the cover plate and includes a recess, which is adapted to and stays in contact with a spherical sensor surface (3). The adjusting plate and the converter are displaceable relative to the base plate and the cover plate. The springs are fastened annularly around an outer region of the plates in equal distances.</p> |
