PURPOSE: A mattress cover equipped with a buckle and a zipper is provided to enable anyone to separate or fix a mattress cover without lifting a mattress of a bed. CONSTITUTION: A mattress cover equipped with a buckle and a zipper comprises: a mattress cover(1) which can be easily separated from or fixed to a mattress; buckles(2) fixed to the inner edges of the mattress cover; a zipper(5) attached to the mattress cover of the bed; and a heat controller groove(4) capable of controlling the temperature of a heat mattress. The mattress cover prevents the function of a rubber band from being removed.
