PURPOSE: A carbon textile manufacturing method is provided to hold excellent far-infrared ray emission, negative ion emitting function, electromagnetic wave absorption function, humidity adjusting function and decomposition prevention by manufacturing fabric containing charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The carbon textile manufacturing method is as follows. Charcoal is manufactured by being refined at 1,000~1,600° celsius. The charcoal is pulverized to 5,000~10,000 Mesh. After melting the pulverized charcoal powder with a polyester chip while mixing/stirring them at the same time, the polyester chip is obtained by cooling and pulverizing it. After mixing/stirring the polyester chip containing charcoal with a normal polyester chip, a polyester fiber is obtained by doing melt spinning it. Mixed yarns are obtained by mixing the polyester fiber containing charcoal with cotton fiber. The fabric containing charcoal is knitted or woven as manufactured mixed yarns. |
