<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module capable of detecting an output current with good accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic field is generated around an electrode 12 with its direction and magnitude varied by permitting an AC current to flow through the electrode 12. An induction current flows through a coil 1 by permitting the magnetic field to penetrate the coil 1. The induction current is weak so that currents flowing through wiring patterns 21, 22 are easily influenced by noise generated by the surrounding electric field or magnetic field. Earth electrodes 23, 24 are formed on the surface of a substrate 3 so as to cover wiring patterns 21, 22. The wiring patterns 21, 22 are shielded by the earth electrodes 23, 24. Consequently, the current flowing through the wiring patterns 21, 22 can be prevented from being influenced by the noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
