PLASTIC STRUCTURE WITH PHOTOCATALYST LAYER ON INORGANIC SILICA BINDER AND ITS FABRICATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A plastic molding product having photocatalyst layer fixed with inorganic silica binder is provided to improve self-purification, yellowing phenomenon, and durability by improving a surface treatment and adhesion due to a use of atmospheric plasma. CONSTITUTION: The plastic molding product having photocatalyst layer includes an inorganic silica binder layer and a photocatalyst layer. The inorganic silica binder layer(20) is formed on the surface of the plastic molding product. The photocatalyst layer is formed on the surface of the inorganic silica binder layer. The photocatalyst layer(30) is selected among titanium dioxide(TiO2), zinc oxide(ZnO), and cadmium sulfide(CdS) and tin oxide (SnO2).
