WASTE PLASTIC PYROLYZING APPARATUS AND FUEL OIL PRODUCING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A vacuum pyrolysis apparatus of a waste plastic and a vacuum pyrolysis emulsifier system are provided to improve the process efficiency and process reliability by preventing the fixing phenomenon of the pyrolysis residue and the melt. CONSTITUTION: A part(10) comprises a hopper(12) for an input of the waste plastic. A heating furnace(30) creates the high temperature environment using a burner(34). A melting furnace(50) comprises a transfer-compression axis(60) which transfers and compresses the waste plastic task. The first transport unit(70) connected to the other end of the melting furnace transfers the melt of the waste plastic. A vacuum pyrolysis(90) transfers and thermally decomposes the melt.
