摘要 A method for preliminary treatment of black currant berries prior to freezing lies in the fact that the berries are washed, the stalk is separated, excessive moisture is removed by means of shaking or blowing with air and are frozen. Prior to freezing the prepared berries are kept in a solution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
