PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel replacing method and an inclined wing wall panel easily mounting an operation panel wider than an existing wing wall. SOLUTION: The inclined wing wall panel having an opening receiving a new control panel is arranged in parallel with and departing by a distance larger than the thickness of a case from the existing inclined wing wall panel, a case receiving space receiving the case is formed between the existing inclined wing wall panel 8 and the new inclined wing wall panel 17, the new inclined wing wall panel is mounted on a parallel wall panel 4 or the existing inclined wing wall panel 8, and thereby the operation panel replacing method and the inclined wing wall panel mounting the new control panel inside the opening of the new inclined wing wall panel are obtained.
