The present invention relates to an energy converter, and particularly, to a converter that firstly improves energy conversion efficiency by using a relatively small amount of energy to maintain a liquid storage tank in a vacuum state and inject gas into the bottom thereof, and uses both the buoyancy of gas injected into the bottom of the liquid storage tank, from the tendency thereof to rise upward, and the expansion force of the gas, from the tendency thereof to expand as it rises upward; and secondly involves configuring the liquid storage tank to enable the liquid level to effectively rise by means of gas contained in the liquid, and increases the time taken for gas in the liquid to rise so as to improve the efficient use of buoyancy and expansion force, in order to separately or simultaneously use buoyancy and expansion force to generate a relatively large amount of energy. Specifically, in order to improve the efficiency of the converter, the energy converter is designed to operate under vacuum conditions. |
