A Medium Voltage circuit breaker (1) which comprises an insulating base frame (2) supporting: a pole assembly having, for each phase, an interruption unit (3, 4, 5) housing a fixed contact and a movable contact reciprocally couplable/uncouplable between an open and a closed position; an actuator (6) to actuate the opening and closing operation of said circuit breaker; and, a controland diagnostic unit (7) comprising a control box (8) having a casing (81) housing a plurality of accessory (50 - 55, 86) devices of said circuit breaker.
